At ILIFT, communication is a vital part of the business. We know that a good dialogue increases the quality and effectiveness of cooperation. Building mutual relations based on clear principles allows for achieving common goals.

ILIFT puts great importance on building and strengthening good communication habits, not only for conversations with business partners but also among employees. Therefore, we invited Witold Rychlowski, an experienced coach from EY Academy of Business, a consultant, professional negotiator and mediator. During his presentation, Mr Rychlowski relayed the principles of effective business communication, pointing out the rules governing communication and explaining practical methods to be used in specific situations.

We want to grow ever better for our customers so that everyone who wishes to own our elevating equipment can enjoy the best service experience.
