The structure is made up of a self-supporting platform without a shaft. Made of painted elements, the base of the mast is galvanized, painted in RAL9006. The housing of the drive unit and the control cabinet is made of organicallycoated galvanized steel sheets, color: RAL9006. 1100 mm high steel gates (wickets) and barriers, galvanized, painted in RAL 9006 color, filled with colorless cell polycarbonate with a thickness of 16 mm, mounted using anodized aluminum strips.
The gates are equipped with an integrated door that closes with adjustable force and speed of closing. The construction of the mobile platform, gates and platform base: galvanized steel. The ramp is made of corrugated aluminum.
The floor of the mobile platform is made of corrugated aluminum sheets (non-slip).
The call control panel and the disposition control panel on the mobile platform are made of polished stainless steel. Certified IP 54 buttons. Radio access control.
All devices have a detachable mast base as standard. The uncovered part of the mast is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and paint.

As standard, the device is equipped with a modern controller with Ethernet access to all basic parameters and diagnostics via a web browser, including the possibility to save data on microSD cards.
No specialized software is required, all you need is a computer with internet access or a mobile phone (optional).
Safety:
A pro-active, light, aluminum safety floor with 4 contacts, mounted under the mobile platform.
Safety strips on the driving platform. Electromagnetic locks in the gates at the lower and upper stops.
A STOP button on the driving platform. A precise overload system with smoothness adjustments located on the platform, also equipped with sound and light signals. Sheet metal panels under the upper stop create a smooth wall – the colors of the device.
